A little later than I planned, but still sincere… On July 15th and 16th, in the midst of 90-degree heat, LRC caused a new roof to be put on our house, porch and garage. This work was done with great efficiency and diligence. The cleanup afterward was perfect.
THE PAYOFF: on July 18th, our house, garage and porch was subject to over 5” of rain in a very short period of time. More than we had in recent memory!
THE GOOD NEWS: there was not one leak!!! You guys are good!

I just had a complete tear off and re-shingle of my roof. I had approximately 8 bids. I decided to go with Local Roofing who was not the cheapest of the eight bids.
My father has always taught me a man's handshake was his contract, a quality many men have forgotten. I found out a long time ago that even he signed contract doesn't get you much.
Thomas Tripp was the first face-to-face contact I had with Local Roofing. I found Tom to not only be personable but honest and genuine. He told me how the job would be performed from start to finish, the quality of workmanship and quality of the product I chose. After looking into seven other companies, it sounded very familiar.
Come to find out that not only what my father told me but also my opinion of Thomas Tripp was exactly right. Local Roofing went above and beyond my expectations. I have never met nicer and more hard-working people than Gino and his men. Gino always helped out offering to answer any questions or concerns I had. They were always smiling and happy. Not only did these men work great together but the quality of their workmanship was superior. I am stunned by the quality of installation. I cannot be any more satisfied with my new roof. If anyone I know is looking to get work done on the roof I will gladly tell them of my experience with Local Roofing.

"What a fine employee you have representing Local Roofing! Arnulfo was pleasant, courteous, very knowledgeable and so helpful. He went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me with the problem. Besides locating the source of the leak(s), he removed three hibernating bats in my attic. When he came back later that week, on a better weather day, to get on my roof and take care of the problem, he also removed two satellite dishes that I no longer needed and plugged those holes up, too. Arnulfo is an awesome person, and Local Roofing is extremely fortunate to have an employee like him working for the company."
